website policy sample

What is the Internet policy for the exchange of copyrighted music?
I plan on designing a website … first like I share a bunch of songs copyrighted by (like songs on the radio). I'm pretty sure all the songs is putting up illegally on the Internet, see soi Amazon.com Samples do. What is politics? Can I listen to the people full of songs, but design limitations for downloads? Is it only illegal if I sell " copyrighted songs? Please take title information on my way.
As long as it is among the 20 seconds it is legal to set up as a sample, You will not be allowed to put out put up full length songs by not paying royalties to the artists and the production team the songs. The RIAA wants They shut down asap, the second they see you putting up all the songs on your site, especially for sale. You would have to be licensed download to put up no copyright protected material for sale or for online. To this license you must pay the sum and as a% of each purchase, I assume you would have to contact information Please the RIAA for more. Http: / / www.riaa.com/ your hosting company would also cut off on the second you see copyrighted material posted on free or again, for the particular sale. Make sure that you all you do, was directed to be so. However, if you stream songs (not in a position to do it for users to download, but to listen to free online) is legal and you could do this server by setting up a SHOUTcast Radio; More info at: http://www.shoutcast.com
