What is the best way to do in Sydney to learn web design? ie Dreamweaver?

What course will take a beginner? He taught me home using a long time ago, but I want to learn a new program for making web pages really good. I have never used Dreamweaver before.

Dreamweaver Frontpage and web design are not. Produce incorrect code, which is rarely portable, and generally terrible for accessibility. If you want to log to teach, learn to use HTML and CSS. The W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) has some good tutorials here: HTML – CSS http://www.w3schools.com/html/DEFAULT.asp – http://www.w3schools.com/css/
