I have a BS in chemistry and an MA in Education Technolgy (design and the construction site, publishing MS office, desk, digital photo editing, interactive software). I'm leaving the teaching field, where I 67k won per year. I return to the arena of analytic chemistry or I can see if I can get a job in information technology or possibly an entry level management position. I worked for the past 9 years as a chemistry / physics teacher in secondary education. Before, I had as an analytical chemist, chemistry using bank and gas and liquid chromatography of about four years. How should I pay too much to ask? I'm worried about being greedy and turn off my prospective employers, but do not want to sell my car and short. I just had an interview for the post of quality control, which has a salary range of 33k-80k and involves sensory and instrumental (liquid chromatography) analysis of food. I told the interviewer that he wanted at least 42k. Is this too low?
You should never give an exact amount in an interview. If they ask you what salary you want, say you'd like a comparable market wage to their abilities and skills. This should help you walk around this issue, and stay in the race for a spot. The problem of giving an amount that is not always that you may same premium, but can be severely under-price. You told them he wanted at least 42 K, although they may have been thinking-70 80K for someone with his experience. Why did you offer a salary greater than 42 K when you seem happy with that figure. But put yourself in a position where they can be sold short.

To reacht the World Wide Web, you must ensure that search engines like Google / Yahoo / etc to your site can be found. To acchieve that you two things: time (it takes time for search engines need to see) and how many links to your site as possible. For example, NASA has a lot of links to their site, and therefore it deems important. To increase the importance of your blog, you would have to go to the forums to relevant and comments with a link to your blog. Of course there are other Methods to increase blog "importance" of you, but this is the easiest and cheapest way. And thinking you'll enjoy it: not thousands of visitors per Day for the next six months …. it takes time ….

My family and I are going abroad in acouple of months, for some time. I can not use Internet as much, or i can contact my friends often. Im thinking of doing a blog so they can see how I am doing, everyone agrees that it should do so. But I'm compeltely lost in the election of a blog host for my new blog! I do not know if i should use, free websites LiveJournal, or a blogger? I like the design of my own designs and pages etc know much about html lanuages. Getting used to host web is not a problem for me. I had / has a web site of mine (its inactive without But its rarely updated by the school). Photos, videos, etc are the content type of bad blogging! I advise you to host your blog on blogger, because it gives you freedom to add javascript and html that can help the layout design. And it's completely free. You just have to have a gmail id to start. LiveJournal is a weblog useless as asking for money for the premium facilities.
