Accessible web design for the visually impaired – magnifier dynamic browser or CSS?
In the past, before the scouts were able to extend the text on the screen, accessible design was done by having a global control you could adjust the definition of CSS font sizes. I wonder if this is needed today, given the capabilities of browsers to enlarge the text? I like the browser of scalability, but in some places, that this feature does not seem to work properly and causes some text to run over other text. What is the current common sense about the right way make a site accessible to visually impaired?
The reason it is still important so you can control the appearance of your website, so that when text is enlarged've tried to make sure it maintains the structure. Here is a free website and open source template: using http://www.freewebplate.org/ dynamics swap out CSS to control the size of the source. I'd recommend downloading and simply taking the parts you need and then customize them. Good Luck! Thank TheWriter
