Web 2.0 is overrated?
XHTML Web 2.0 Ajax … … …. This is the current design / programming trend in website design / architecture nowadays. Sites like TechCrunch, Mashable, 9 and even Yahoo Answers rules using Web 2.0 principles. The basic rules are: 1. Clean look 2. Less is more when Flash is 3. Gradients are good. 4. Rounded corners are good. 5. Tables visible are bad. 6. Java applets are bad 7. Animated GIFs are bad. There is much more to it but That is essential. What do think? Do you like Web 2.0?
Is Web 2.0 overrated?. Personally, no. I dont know I think it is exaggerating and I do not think that Web 2.0 is only simplicity, pleasant and intuitive … I think that Web 2.0 is a field in a fascinationg was quite fascinated by the Internet and computers. Web 2.0 is not about AJAX, XML, Ruby, or any other technology. This is a paradigm and a process, not a tool. Web 1.0 is doing "computer" and "systems" better communication and Web 2.0 make communication between people better. I sincerely believe the phrase "Web 2.0" is also terribly misused by many, but is the next generation of computer things.
